Delivery and Shipping:

Juro’s Home Medical Pharmacy knows that there are situations that make it necessary for us to deliver your items to your home or business. What we can deliver is dependent upon the products you are receiving. We also have an established delivery schedule so you will know when we will be in your area. If we cannot deliver an item to your home in a timely manner, we may be able to send the item via mail. You may incur a shipping and handling charge for that item.  If you have questions, please contact us.

Gold Certified Repair Center:

Our Gold Certified Repair Center is available locally for repairs to your equipment. Our technicians have been certified through the Med Group and can explain how to take care of your equipment and how to service it. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty, repairs will be subject to current labor charges.

Service and repair on equipment purchased from our company that is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will be subject to current labor charges. The customer will be informed of their responsibilities regarding the ongoing care and service of the equipment. All service and repairs must be scheduled by calling the office during business hours. Most repairs will be billed non-assigned and require payment in full prior to the service.

Insurance Billing:

Insurance Billing can be complicated and requires the cooperation of doctor, patients and insurance provider to meet the requirements needed to assist with the reimbursement of your home medical products and prescribed medications. Our Insurance Billing Team know and understand insurance billing requirements including Medicare and Medicaid and can help bill your claim and answer your questions.

Insurance billing process for durable medical equipment:

To expedite your insurance process prior to coming to our store location, please print, complete, sign and bring all required items listed below to fulfill proper billing requirements needed by your insurance company. If you are an out of town patient, please fax all required forms to 406-869-0110 or mail to:

Our team at Juro's knows and understands what it takes to assist your patients with the right products and services and we are also insurance billing experts that will help patients navigate the complicated process of billing insurance. We provide our referral sources many services to assist them, including but not limited to:

  • Product and technology training for physicians and therapists
  • Insurance billing guidelines and in-service training for your staff
  • Recommendation on equipment that will best meet your patient's needs and add value to their life

Return and exchange policy:

We will issue a full refund for most items returned within 30 days in new condition, with the original receipt, packaging and accessories. Some exceptions apply. See below.

Items worn or potentially worn against the skin are not returnable. These include but are not limited to undergarments, compression stockings, oxygen canulas, disposable supplies, bathroom hygiene items and wound care.

Food and Formula are not returnable.

Rental items: All equipment is rented for a minimum of one month, a refund cannot be made for any unused portion of time.

Items billed to an insurance company: We cannot accept any returns on items already billed to an insurance company.

Compression Stockings: We will gladly exchange your stockings under the following conditions: must be returned within two weeks from the date of purchase, must have a copy of the receipt, and must be laundered by customer prior to return.

Respiratory Mask Program: Patients can exchange style of mask for a similar style of mask within two weeks from day of initial fitting.

Special order items: All special order items are non-returnable and require payment in full prior to ordering. High-end rehab chairs require 50% down payment.

Shipping & Freight Charges: Shipping and/or freight charges are not refundable.

Credits on accounts: In-store accounts with credits greater than $50 must be verified by our Reimbursement Office prior to use in the store. Refunds for credits on account will be issued through our Reimbursement Department.

Warranties: All warranties will be followed according to manufacturer’s guidelines. Juro’s reserves the right to charge for services not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Virtual Dispensary: Products ordered from our online Virtual Dispensary or placed by phone to Emerson Ecologics are subject to their return policy.

Refunds will be issued based upon the original form of payment. Due to limited cash on hand, cash refunds over $100 will be issued in the form of a check. All check purchases have a 10 day waiting period.
