Delivery and Shipping: Juro’s Home Medical Pharmacy knows that there are situations that make it necessary for us to deliver your items to your home or business. What we can deliver is dependent upon the products you are receiving. We also have an established delivery schedule so you will know when we will be in your area. If we cannot deliver an item to your home in a timely manner, we may be able to send the item via mail. You may incur a shipping and handling charge for that item. Our technicians have been certified through the Med Group and can explain how to take care of your equipment and how to service it. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty, repairs will be subject to current labor charges. Service and repair on equipment purchased from our company that is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will be subject to current labor charges. The customer will be informed of their responsibilities regarding the ongoing care and service of the equipment. All service and repairs must be scheduled by calling the office during business hours. Most repairs will be billed non-assigned and require payment in full prior to the service. For further assistance please contact us.
Insurance Billing:Juro’s Home Medical, in most cases, will bill your insurance company for you. Our Insurance Billing Specialists know and understand both Medicare and Medicaid insurance requirements and can help answer your questions. If you need further assistance, contact us.
